Need help installing the Chat software?

Installing the VideoChat is easy, and only needs to be done once.

Note: There is no security issue installing our videochat, go ahead and follow the instructions below:

1. Click here to start the installation process then click on the yellow bar on top of your browser window to indicate that you want to install the activeX control.

2. When asked "Do you want to install this software?" Click install and let your browser download and install the software and you're good to go!

Note to Windows Vista users: You will need to go to Internet Options in your control panel, then click on the security tab. Look for then uncheck the ENABLE PROTECTED MODE (This prevents the Chat to work properly and causes the skin fail to load message).
