windows 7 and black cams

i just got a new laptop and i cant view cams. ive uninstalled activex and reinstalled it but nothing happened. i cant open any cams without it appearing as a black screen. please help

Sorry - for some reason this thread ended up needing approval. It appears to be a rare bug with vBulletin, and they're working on a fix.

Regarding your problem, I just posted all the common issues in another person's request for help thread. A search for 'culprit' in the help forum should help you out. :)
