Cam not able to be viewed

I'm having intermittent issues with my cam being able to be viewed. I see other cams just fine, but mine doesn't load for others-- at times. It's unsual because to me it would either work or not work. So far I have uninstalled/reinstalled my cam software. I have not done so with manycam yet. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
