Best way to report an asshole?

Quick question: what's a quick discreet way to report an asshole, call an op etc. As in, I'm in a room with about 12 average joes and some asshole starts talking about recording, pisses off everyone including the very nice lady who had been having fun up until then? I'da kicked him if I i could have.

Report that person to an Operator (Green Name) or an Owner (Red name) on the server it happens in. They have the ability to deal with such people.
