missunderstanding

a few days ago I was on your site and saw something that looked like a recording. I commented on it and someone must have thought I said "i was recording" i was banned from the room and I honestly was not doing anything of the sort. I wouldn't even think of doing that. Im new to this site and trying to follow all the rules...I'm sorry someone missunderstood what i said....honeslty it was truely a mistake.

I have talked to fitnessguy on this issue and do believe his comments were misunderstood. I do not believe he was capping.
He has been on Main on several occasions and has been a model member, joining in chat and abiding by all the server rules. I have also viewed his cam and have seen no video recording devices.

Have to agree with CaptEd, I think it was just a big misunderstanding.
I have never seen him do anything against the TOS or rules of the server.

kaotic/capted you would not be able to see the recording software, if you would like me to come by and show you an example of this i would be glad to. I actually took the time to research the capping software as a means to educate myself as to what to look for, i found nothing visible on the cam itself. I didn't ban him on ezone either as i agree with you he has done nothing to warrant the ban....
