Since Evil posted a recipe, I want to post 1 too. It is simple but good.
Beef with Soy/Ginger sauce
2- 8oz sirloin steaks
Salt and black pepper
2 paks of Bok choy (spinach or any greens will do)
10 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
1 chili pepper (take all seeds out and chop finely)
1 garlic clove (peeled and chopped)
Juice of 1 lime
On a very hot griddle or pan, cook your seasoned beef, until your liking. Place on plate and allow to rest for 2-5 minutes.
now cook your greens in lightly salted water until tender.
while beef is hot, place a good couple tablespoons of soy sauce and sprinkle with the garlic, chili, lime juice, and olive oil.
wheen greens are done place on plate with the beef and you are ready to eat.
Hope you all try it. You will enjoy it.
