why do i keep loosing the chat connection????

been chatting on here for awhile now with no problems.....then last nite and today everytime i log on, after about 5 minutes or so, all the cams freeze, mine shuts down, and BLAM!..'you have been disconnected from the meetcam server'....wtf?

im getting kicked a lot.

does it have anything to do with how long you've been on or anthing like that?

i went on a a 48 hour stint where i'm pretty sure i was on meetcam for most of it. a few times i would get kicked just the way evie described it.

is it traffic? or just the server?

this problem has happened to me ever since i joined meetcan bout 8months ago!!!!!

i have to close my browser completely before i can login again!

Not bothered tho, no1s every watchin me! teeheehee

Doing a Tracert to meetcam will show up any traffic problems.

Start - Accessories - Command prompt
Type tracert http://www.meetcam.com

This will show the route taken from your computer to the meetcam server with response times, If you get a * instead of a time, that could be why you are losing the connection to meetcam sometimes.

Sounds like majestic could have some sort of browser problem as well, try using Maxthon http://www.maxthon.com instead.
